In collaboration with MEANTIME Project Space [Cheltenham. UK], a presentation of artist-led galleries and projects. A&E was selected to be shown by The Lombard Method, alongside other organisations and artists who had collaborated with the artist-led studio since its inception in 2009. This included John Walter, IKON Gallery, Malgras/Naudet, Bristol Diving School, S1 and G39.

 2011

In 2011 I implemented a Birmingham City University funded PGCE Research Residency at MEANTIME Project Space [Cheltenham, UK.] to hypothesise the effectiveness of the ‘artist-led project space’ as a structure for creativity in secondary schools. The research included the development of a series of new works, critiquing the challenges and potential against a growing marginalisation of the creative arts within compulsory education across England and Wales. The culmination of the month long research residency was the organisation and delivery of the ‘Open Discussion Event’ a seminar critiquing compulsory creative education and the pedagogical relevance of the project space, attended by established and artist-led institutions.
