Leaders of Men [BLACK ISLAND] is an introductory film for a larger body of work of the same name. The title directly references a song Leaders of Men by English Post-Punk band Joy Division's, An Ideal for Living EP released in 1987. The film was produced as part of the MA Fine Art programme and shown as part of the MA Fine Art Group Show at Margaret Street, School of Art, BIAD. The work has been shown internationally including: Streaming Festival [The Hague. BL] and Disco Impossible [Zurich, CH].
