The Leaders of Men works have become a central focus, as a vehicle for an ongoing interest in a romanticised, melancholic and idiosyncratic Englishness.

This research is disseminated via a reconstructed space where these traits become hyperbolic. This alternative spatial vehicle draws upon research interests in narrative and utopia. The project references the reoccurring qualities of subjective utopian philosophies such as an amalgamation of real / fictitious references, disorientated travel, altered time, humour, new languages, disjoined communication and satire. 

The Leaders of Men, amalgamated hybrid characters, produce idiosyncratic narratives of dissent via text, landscapes, letters, morse code, animation and audio works.
